Callas 2021 is a still white wine made from 100% Malvasia di Candia aromatica, offering an ample and intense nose with citrus and mineral notes. It has excellent structure, soft and balanced on the palate, ideal with aged prosciutto, Zibello culatello, flavorful fish, shellfish, foie gras, and full-fat or blue cheeses.
